- We keep contact information in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, marketing systems and Google Workspace (includes email and documents).

For our Personalization & Recommendation service and/or Website search service that are used on customer sites/applications:
- In secure databases on AWS (https://aws.amazon.com), in a region near you.
How long do we store your data?
- We retain the data as long as there is a legitimate interest for it. This is evaluated and cleaned yearly.
- Event data in Google Analytics are stored for 14 months.
For our Personalization & Recommendation service and/or Website search service that are used on customer sites/applications:
- The default storage period is 6 months.
