We just had our Roadmap Webinar of 2025 on the third of July, presented by our Key Account Manager, Anna Ekberg Book, and our CTO, Christoffer Krona. The core of the Webinar was to outline iMatrics' strategic direction and planned developments for the coming year, as well as discuss feedback with our valued customers and friends. Planned major features:
- Taxonomy Export API:
- Development of an API to export the full taxonomy, including active categories, topics, and used entities.
- Concept Relationships API:
- Creation of an API to link topics and understand their relationships, enabling structured relationship data.
- Topic Page Management:
- Enhancement of the existing demo feature into a robust and showcased feature in the web portal.
- Push Notification API (Target Audience Feature):
- Development of an API to identify users interested in specific articles for targeted notifications.
- Personalization Center:
- Creation of a graphical tool in the web portal for configuring personalization and recommendation strategies.
- User Profile API:
- Release of an API to expose how users are interpreted by the personalization and recommendation system, allowing for customization and integration.
- Production Insights and Editorial Dashboards:
- Enhancement of the web portal with more insights and tools for analyzing data and improving tagging.
Ongoing Improvements:
- Refining auto-tagging and entity weighting.
- Addressing customer-specific requests and integrating valuable solutions into the core product.
Previous and on-going Web Portal Updates:
- Updated look and feel of the Auto-tagging demo.
- New features in the Auto-tagging demo, such as text formatting, entity weighting settings and the new channels input field to enable testing of channel specific settings.
- New taxonomy explorer feature with table view, export, filtering, and search functionality.
- Improvements to the personalization center and production insights.
- Rebuilding the iMatrics Times demo.
- New admin panel for managing web portal users.
